Barilla
Barilla is the Number 1 pasta brand in America. They wanted to update their video presence, and so their agency Summit Food & Beverage reached out to Wallaby Film Production. We jumped at the chance to head to Chicago and film some chefs at the top of their game in the Barilla test kitchen. Barilla was so happy with the result that they brought us back. We’ve had two shoots with them in Chicago, and have produced over 30 videos.

Barilla Pasta Recipe Inspiration
Wallaby Film Production produced two main video series for Barilla.
The first set of videos was a series with chef Lorenzo Boni. This series was aimed at chefs in the restaurant industry and was created to help give them dish inspiration. Each video focuses on a different region of Italy, highlights local ingredients, techniques and recipes that can be used in kitchens all over the world.
The other series was a suite of training videos for chefs in the Food Service Industry focused on helping them use Barilla pasta to greatest effect in their day to day operations. These videos showed chefs best practices for delivering perfect al dente pasta every time, as well as how to maximize efficiency in the kitchen. This suite of videos was then used in restaurants throughout the country.
